PD-SY-39
Our Unitary Heavy Duty clamp, PD-SY-39, is manufactured with the latest technology for advanced quality and higher capacity. The PD-SY-39 is applicable to different special purposes, including connection of pipelines which requires high strenght on sealing and has anti-seismic feature.
Its structure is supremely strong as it adopts projection welding and makes steel belt edge protrudes outwards to protect the hose surface. The model plate connection also gives full scope to perfect sealing effect.
Unitary Heavy Duty Clamp is primarily used in many high pressure conditions, especially in agricultural application for tightening heavy-gauge reinforced hoses used for irrigation, drainage, sludge pumping etc.
The major difference between this product and conventional Heavy Duty clamp is on the extra pads adapted on the screw, which provides more stable use under a high vibration environment.
We now provide total #304 grade stainless steel as our standard material supply. According to different requirements, other sizes and materials are also available.
